Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings. Changes prorate to the day.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Everything is preserved — loads, applies, messages, history, and reputation. You simply lose access to premium-only tools until you re-upgrade.
Does Fleet cover my whole company?
Yes. Fleet entitlements flow to every seat in your company. Invite teammates from the Team page.
What's the difference between Carrier and Dispatcher Pro?
Carrier Pro is built for the driver/owner-operator workflow. Dispatcher Pro adds multi-carrier boards, bulk apply, live GPS roll-up, and the AI dispatch assistant.
