Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date.
Refunds
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable. We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge caused by a platform error.
- Documented platform outage preventing reasonable use for more than 24 consecutive hours during the billing period.
- Charge after a cancellation that was confirmed in writing by SCC support.
Trials
Free trials do not require a credit card. If your trial ends without conversion, no charge is made. There is nothing to refund.
Disputes & chargebacks
Please contact billing@sccfairfreight.com before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing issues within 2 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
How to request a refund
Email billing@sccfairfreight.com from the address on your account with the invoice ID and a short description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
